Canik Academy Website Terms of Use and Membership (the "Terms")

1. Rules of Use and Safety

   1. In the following circumstances, Canik Academy may prevent the Member from using the Website and reserves its legal rights against the person or persons involved in the following attempts:
      • entering false, irregular, incomplete and misleading information;
      • using expressions that are not in accordance with the general rules of morality;
      • recording information on the Website that is not in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye;
      • copying the works and content on the Website in whole or in part and using them for different purposes;
      • using software, performing, attempting to perform activities and obtaining, deleting, changing information that threatens the general security of the Website and prevents the operation of the website and the software used;
      • if Member/User damages to the Website or Canik Academy by taking advantage of any vulnerability (technical etc.) of the campaigns offered on the Website, the sales system or the Website, provides an unfair benefit, makes repeated applications, performs acts that do not comply with the truth, benefits from them despite not meeting the conditions required in the campaign or sales conditions, and the abuse of the campaigns, sales system or Website is detected by Canik Academy.
   2. In the event that information such as username, password, usage rights are shared with third parties or organizations (including the use of the password by other persons in bad faith), the Member is directly responsible.
   3. Member shall not use any third party’s IP address, e-mail address, user name and other information in the Internet, nor may he/she access or use the private information of other users without permission, and any legal and criminal liability that may arise from such use belongs to the Member.
   4. In the event that the Member performs one of the acts listed under Article 1.1, Canik Academy has the right to cancel; terminate the User's membership; terminate the sales contract unilaterally immediately, in addition to all rights arising from the law.
   5. Images and content presented on the Website are for personal use only. All rights of all texts, graphics, photographs, videos, animations and sounds contained in the content of the Website are reserved. They shall not be used for commercial or personal purposes or without reference without the prior written permission of Canik Academy. It is forbidden to publish any element of the Website in any other medium or website or to link to it without the permission of Canik Academy. In addition, it is strictly forbidden to copy or use the software used in the design and database creation of these pages, all rights of which belong to Canik Academy.

2. Obligations

   1. After completing the registration process, the Member can start using the Website by entering his/her e-mail address and password, provided that he/she complies with the Terms set forth herein.
   2. While using the Website and its services, the Member agrees to comply with the Turkish Criminal Code No. 5237, Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Industrial Property Law No. 6769 and all other relevant legal regulations and all kinds of announcements and notifications that Canik Academy will publish regarding its services. Any legal, criminal and financial liability that may arise due to use contrary to these notices and laws belongs to the Member.
   3. As a result of the Member's failure to comply with the obligations specified in these Terms or the general rules announced on the Website, Canik Academy may unilaterally, temporarily or permanently prevent the Member from benefiting from the Website and/ or cancel its membership.
   4. Member may not take actions that prevent or make it difficult for other members and visitors to use the Website, load, force or lock servers or databases with automatic programs. It cannot attempt to mislead the data. Otherwise, it shall accept all kinds of legal and criminal liability that may arise from this situation as well as the termination of its membership.
   5. Website does not request electronic mail addresses from its members in advance. However, if the Member has expressly consented to commercial posts and electronic messages, commercial posts and electronic messages may be sent by Canik Academy until the relevant consent is cancelled.
   6. All kinds of records belonging to the Member account terminated by the Website or the Member itself shall be kept in accordance with the relevant legislation and shall be destroyed ex officio or upon the request of the Member in case the reasons requiring its storage cease. Member cannot claim any rights or compensation for the records destroyed in accordance with the legislation.
   7. Risks related to the links (links to different websites) on the Website in order to provide information and convenience to the visitors belong entirely to the visitors of the Website. Since Canik Academy has no control over the content of the relevant directed websites and their compliance with data protection requirements, it has no obligation regarding such websites.
   8. Canik Academy has the right to use all information linked to your membership for its own marketing activities with your consent, provided that it adheres to the terms of use, privacy notice and applicable legal regulations.
   9. Member agrees that he/she shall be deemed to have accepted all provisions of these Terms from the moment he/she starts to use the Website and that the Terms shall apply to him/her. Member shall indemnify Canik Academy in full for any damages incurred by Canik Academy due to its actions contrary to the obligations it has undertaken with these Terms, and Canik Academy shall have the right of recourse to the Member in full for any compensation and/or administrative/judicial fines that it may have to pay to public institutions and/or third parties due to the Member's behaviour contrary to the Terms.
   10. Canik Academy accepts and undertakes that the information other than the personal information shared by the Member shall not be shared with third parties or organizations except for legal obligations.
   11. If it is determined that the Member has caused any electronic sabotage, attempts to interfere with earnings and/or attack that may prevent the operation of the Website, or if a criminal complaint or official investigation request is received from the official authorities against the Member, Canik Academy has the right to investigate and disclose the identity information of the relevant member. Canik Academy may also transmit the Member information stipulated by the legislation to the official authorities upon requests from the official authorities within the scope of the obligations imposed on it in accordance with the Law No. 5651 on Regulating Broadcasting in the Internet and Fighting against Crimes Committed through Internet Broadcasting and other laws.
   12. Canik Academy may make unilateral amendments to these Terms without any notice. Canik Academy has the right to unilaterally stop the service it provides permanently or temporarily at any time without any justification.
   13. Member is deemed to have accepted the content of these Terms from the moment he/she completes the registration process.
