Pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, this Privacy Notice prepared by Canik Academy as the data controller in order to fulfil the obligation to inform, provides you with information regarding operation of the Website operated by Canik Academy, processing of personal data obtained during membership and shopping on the Website, and it does not contain information about all data processing activities of Canik Academy. Please note that in order to benefit from some functions of the Website, to take part in our events and to access some of our products and services, you should also read the additional notices and explanations provided in certain sections of the Website.

Processed Personal Data

We obtain your personal data automatically when you visit the Website, order our trainings, become a member of the Website, fill out a form on the Website and/or contact us regarding our products or services or other matters. Accordingly:

• if you visit the Website and submit any form (membership form, request form, contact form, order form and human resources form) via the Website, your IP address is automatically processed.
• when you want to become a member of the Website, your personal data regarding your name, surname, contact phone number, e-mail address and address are obtained and processed.
• when you purchase any Canik Academy training on your behalf from the Website, your personal data regarding your name, surname, contact phone number, e-mail address, address, payment and billing information, criminal record and also your pistol license information, if you will bring it with you, are obtained and processed.

• when you purchase instructor training through the Website, your health data regarding the doctor's report that there is no inconvenience in terms of psychological, neurological and physical disorders and your graduation certificate (your education information) are obtained and your relevant personal data are processed. When you purchase tactical operator training through the Website, the identity of military/police force personnel is obtained and your relevant personal data is processed.
• subject to your explicit consent, your personal data regarding retrospective shopping habits, trends, analysis of Website visit and browsing information, segmentation and profiling analysis are obtained and processed within the scope of marketing processes.

Personal data we obtain when you purchase any Canik Academy training from the Website are processed for the organization of the relevant Canik Academy training, invoicing and payment transactions.

Your personal data we obtain when you become a member of the Website is processed for the purpose of performing membership transactions.
